FOR THE ORGANIZATION OF GROUP-

 OR  INSTITUTIONS-COMPREHENSIVE

 CHESS-MEETINGS IN YOURS OF TOWN/DISTRICT

1)     Who wants to shedule such meetings, should at the best decree internet- connection and an e-mail-postal-adress. (Dispatch of information, announcement  from dates by „snail-mail“ is too extensive and too expensive.)  

2)     At the best  ask  in  your leisure-device/-group/-organization ,social or selfhelp-device or in the circle of friends, whether interests in chess-meetings exists, where appropriated, dates at your device arrange

3)    Optain you for itself for postal adresses and for e-mail- postal adresses of leisure,youth or selfhelp-groups/-organizations or other social devices in your town/district and inform them in a mail, (at the best over mail-distributor) that selfhelp-groups-extending chess- meetings are planned and ask them in a mail, whether interest in  the chess- information exists.  

4)    Is available interest, write a short  information bulletin  including the hitting det, place dates of meeting and give a name, for instance „New York Self- Help-Chess-Initiative“ for the group.

5)  Send it to the interested devices, groups or persons as an attachment in a mail. At the best give change  for instance, once every year an information bulletin with  the new informations of the initiative, to keep them on the state of the things. Send us this bulletin too , including the name of your group to following e-mail-postal adresses: info@selfhelp-chess-international.org or „sfrkbstinachris@yahoo.de.“

6)    If you have questions about the organization, e.g how tournements are leaded, or you have an interesting idea for the initiative, turn themselves to us, to these e-mail-postal adresses.
